What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That being said, items are custom made per order so please be careful with ordering the correct size so you don't need to make a return.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us first before returning it for a refund or exchange. Returns after 30 days will not be honored.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


What are the shipping options?
Domestic and International

When will I receive my order?
Everything is custom made so please be aware of shipping and handling times.  Most items take about 2 weeks from order to delivery, however, the shoes, boots and lined hoodies take closer to 4-6 weeks. *No Rush shipping is available at this time

What do I do if I never received my order?

Where are you located?
Jungle Joys is located in Illinois. Our printing company is located in California. Your item will ship directly from the printing company to avoid shipping delays.
